That's what I'm here to change
Hi! I'm Emma - a certified Health Coach, Metabolic Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer with a background in psychology and behaviour change. I work specifically with women, because women's bodies, lives, and responsibilities are different, and most health advice doesn't account for that.
I take a female-centered approach that works with your biology, your cycle, your energy levels, and your life stage. We don't fight your body. We listen to it. And we build habits that are simple enough to actually stick, even in the weeks when everything feels hard.
