I work with busy people who want to feel better, move more, and take charge of their wellbeing—but don’t have hours to spend in the gym or time for significant changes that don’t fit into their day.
Whatever your goal is – lose weight, eat better, sleep more – instead of making life more complicated, I’ll help you make health simpler. I’ll help you focus on the few simple habits that make the biggest difference.
For some people that is coming up with exercises they can do at home, for some it’s how to create more time for themselves, for others its finding different ways to relieve stress at the end of a long day.
As a health coach, I accept you and meet you where you are at. Many people struggle with trying to achieve what they consider to be the ideal routine, or trying to achieve idealistic goals. When they realise it is too hard to sustain such big changes, they understandably struggle. Here is what I believe:
Why This Works
Real life is busy. You don’t need another thing on your to-do list. You need practical actions that fit into your schedule and feel good to follow through on. Often the small habits are the things that are having the most impact. It isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what matters – more simply.
You’re a good fit if...
Hi! I'm Emma. I’m a certified Health Coach and Metabolic Nutrition Coach, and a registered Personal Trainer. I help busy people create healthy habits in ways that are simple and built for real life.
My passion for health and fitness began many years ago. I fell in love with how exercise made me feel and how it helped my mental and physical health. It wasn't about having big muscles or running an ultra-marathon, but about the day-to-day boost in my mood and my energy, and the feeling of achievement each time I completed a workout. My international travel ignited my love for cooking, and what drove me was the challenge to make healthy food taste great – nobody should eat terrible food just because it is healthy!
As someone who loves to learn, I started realise how powerful lifestyle can be. I learnt about how interconnected our mental and physical health are. And about how our day-to-day lifestyle can influence everything including sleep, stress, performance at work, social interactions. I wanted to share that with others.
As a coach, I now help others make these connections in their own lives, and make changes where they can feel the difference.
